Back Channel Brewing started with a simple idea: a place where the coffee is as intentional as the beer, and where you're never in a hurry to leave. We opened our doors in Mound to give our neighbors a third place — not quite home, not quite work, but somewhere that feels like it belongs to them.
Every coffee bean is roasted locally in small batches. Every beer on tap comes from a brewery we've actually visited and talked to. And everything we serve in the kitchen is made here, from scratch, because we believe food tastes better when someone cared about making it.
